DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION MANAGER

Digital Transformation Manager - By bringing greater efficiency and greater added value, the professional will be the key executor in strengthening business management capabilities, the profitability of the core business and the business strategic focus. All of it while working on new business technologies in a long-term perspective. Therefore, the professional will be responsible for bringing he/she will support high priority and high impact strategic projects for Digital Innovation and will be accountable for:- Increasing efficiencies in all business areas. - Improving customer service and the customer experience. - Co-creating new digital products/service lines and improvement of old ones. - Optimizing an intelligent information management system focused on data. - Fueling connectivity: among customers, colleagues, and suppliers. - Increasing the companys competitiveness, value preposition and profitability in the mid and long term. **Responsabilidades e atribuições**1. Work closely with our Business Division & Group Company in order to enhance the businesses with digital solutions and spearhead DX projects. A. Deeply understand the individual businesses, pain points, recommend solutions and build the business together. B. Develop short-term and long-term strategy in support of growth and revenue targets upon investment. C. Develop tech roadmap for business transformation with strong digital mindset and working with technology partners. D. Understand adequate depth and breadth of emerging technologies (e. G. AI, blockchain,etc. ) in the market and propose benefits, trade-offs and implementation strategies. E. Build innovative consumer-centric service model and revenue model with the proposed DX ideas for the respective businesses. F. Communicate and work closely with DX team or local partner company and share the visions and directions with them, while develop new business models and/or enhance operational processes. G. Continuously curious and research about latest technology trends in the market to propose solutions for various businesses across different domains. H. Work closely with the overseas offices to create synergy and new business opportunities with the tech partners in the other region. 2. Support and Promote DX project as a translator between business division/group companies and DX solution providers/tech companies. 3. To develop the digital eco-system with global and regional tech companies including AI, IT and OT (Operation Technology) companies/start-ups. **Requisitos e qualificações**- ** Fluent in English **- excellent **verbal and written** communication skills. - ** 2 to 5 years of successful track record in Digital Transformation (DX). **:- Bachelor''s or Masters degree. - Successful background working with **Project Management**, with proven track record of driving IT related projects. **Informações adicionais**DESIRABLE- Experience in digital marketing is a plus. - Experience in working with cutting edge tech (e. G. AI/Machine Learning/Deep learning, AR/VR, Blockchain, etc. ). - Strong interest in diverse industry segments and working in an agile/dynamic environment. - Able to work under fast-paced environment and under pressure (occasionally). - Command of Japanese
