Could you imagine yourselfin a place like this?Dow has an exciting opportunity as Digital Transformation Developeron TaxTechnology Team, located in Sao Paulo (BRA). In this role, you will be working onautomation support and implementation projects (RPA/Alteryx), leveraging on yourknowledge and experience in a variety of solutions to deliver automations processdesign, development, testing and deployment methodologies. You will also providesolutions to analytical or scientific problems in situations that are atypical oroccur infrequently based on existing precedents or procedures. Quality andsustainability of the automated process is of high importance. Responsibilities / DutiesWork on improvement and automation projects, with special focus on time saving,risk prevention, and opportunities for improvementGather business requirements and work on solutions (RPA/Alteryx)Design automations processes as per the operational needs of Tax DepartmentIdentify key issues, pain-points, fixing Bot failures. SAP business systems integration support, collaborating with the IT team to offersolutions and resolve any issues that may arise. Develop functional and technical requirements documents. Work with development team to ensure requirements and functionality are tested anddeployed. Assist with ongoing support for post go live activitiesMay perform other jobs related duties as assignedExperienceDegree in Information Technology, computer science, engineering, accounting,finance or a related discipline. Advanced English - oral and written communication skillsAt least 1 year of experience in RPA solution implementation (design, develop,test, deploy) on Blue Prism.
