The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts.
You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.
What you can look forward to as a Digital Transformation Coordinator.
Quickly gain an understanding of new S4 system and process set up in relation to accounting services provided by GSSO Support the identification and documentation of gaps between existing accounting functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements for a specific ZF site, and oversee changes as required where service activities are impacted Support and coordinate all accounting-related project activities within the region that are in the responsibility of GSSO.
Liaison between GSSO, the wider project team and the serviced location during each rollout project.
Acting as primary contact for GSSO regarding project related questions Guide GSSO staff in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasks Where a roll-out project involves a transfer of work to GSSO (approx.
10% of cases), determine work effort and agree headcount transfers.
Update and align SLAs (service level agreements) where required.
Co-ordinate the training of users within the GSSO on new S4 Hana processes Test script review and co-ordination of execution where required by GSSO teams Preparation and oversight of the cut-over and go-live in the operation, and providing focused support the first few weeks after go-live Update operational work instruction documentation for changed processes Project stakeholder and escalation management.
Your profile as Digital Transformation Coordinator.
Familiar with core accounting processes with depth of knowledge in one or more area Fluent English language skills together with the language of the host country for the region (Spanish for MX, Polish for EU, Chinese for AP, Portuguese for Brazil) Good functional SAP experience in accounting incl.
the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules Self-starter, able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach Strong interpersonal skills; empathic and open to work with different cultures Resilient and able to work under time pressure to reach project goals Project management experience   Why should you choose ZF?
