Collaboration and Support : Work closely with our team of language experts to translate educational needs into digital solutions, and provide ongoing support to both instructors and learners. Continuous Improvement : Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning content and platforms, making data-driven decisions to enhance learning outcomes and student satisfaction. Innovative Problem-Solving : Stay ahead of the curve in e-learning trends and technologies, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the learning experience. Qualifications: Educational Magic : A degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field. Tech Wizardry : Proven experience in e-learning content development, with a portfolio that showcases your brilliance. Creative Flair : Exceptional skills in content creation tools, AI, and learning management systems, with an innate ability to make learning fun and memorable. Language Lover : Portuguese language Native and English fluency (additional languages are a plus), enabling you to weave linguistic excellence into digital formats.
