Credentials and ExperienceBachelor''s degree in marketing, communication computer science, information technology, production engineering or a related study, or equivalent experienceMinimum of five years of experience in leading digital channels for top companies in retail, financial and/or consumer goodsMust have hands on experiencePrevious experience as a product owner in an agile pace environmentExposure to new marketing tactics such as data analytics, ML (machine learning), automation and AI (artificial intelligence)Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risksPreviously experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud suite, Google DV and Facebook BM. **Skills**:Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiationExcellent analytical skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsKnowledge of all components of martech tools, media and e-commerce ecosystemKnowledge of financial models and budgetingAbility to work with data scientists/engineering, designers, copywriters, developers in an in- and-out outsourced environmentA deep understanding of digital channels, content creation, customer segmentation (to the segment of one), multi-touch attribution, and analyticsLove data and story telling.
