Opportunity - Key Responsibilities What you will do.
Demand Planning Routine, analyses demand performance and trends, marketing, and sales activity impact, and reach conclusions on what that might meant about current and future demand plans.
Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning cycle, balancing demand and supply plans with risk & opportunity and inventory optimization.
Be a Key facilitator at Demand Review Meeting.
Will be required to have a robust understanding of the data structure and requirements for integration of the multivariate forecast process not limited to but including, data history, Sell Out, Sell In, SIT, Phase In & Phase Out, Launches and Historical promotions.
Can maintain a statistical dataset, including data cleansing, item relationships and product families to facilitate the delivery of a statistical forecast proposal for Demand Review Meeting.
Track the alignment of the Demand & Supply Planning Operations activities and reconcile any deviation from plans and processes.
Manage inventory optimization to respond to demand volatility and optimize the balance between availability and asset utilization.
Analysis of overstocked and slow-moving inventory and address plans with all stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning.
Consumer Goods Industry and Retail preferred.
Has practical experience of Supply Chain KPI's such as Forecast accuracy, Bias, Inventory, Back Order, excess and obsolete product.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Resilience and an ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
High skilled in Excel MS application and Proficient Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook Power BI is a plus.
Advanced English and Spanish as a plus.
Education.
Master's / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification BENEFITS.
