Desenvolvimento de LLMs e SLMs com enfoque jurídico
Estudar, validar e entregar novas funcionalidades de IA no âmbito jurídico
Desenvolvimento de sistemas escaláveis, eficientes em tempo, custo e qualidade, para aplicação de IA
Controle contínuo de qualidade e evolução das soluções de IA empregadas
Desenvolvimento, manutenção e evolução de prompts, com foco em acurácia, relevância e contextualização
Fine-tunning de modelos
Análise de prompts, interações de usuários e métricas para melhorias de qualidade
Pesquisa e inovação para se manter atualizado na área e como desenvolver soluções inovadoras
Colaborar com o time de UI/UX e desenvolvimento para garantir que as interações com a IA seja intuitiva e amigável
Colaborar com o time de operações para colher feedback de clientes e garantir que resultados entregues estejam gerando valor
Gestão, liderança e crescimento do time de IA
Qualificações
Experiência comprovada em IA, NLP, processamento de texto e engenharia de prompt.
Forte conhecimento de Python.
Conhecimento em frameworks de Machine Learning (ex: TensorFlow, KubeFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc)
Familiariade com técnicas e ferramentas de NLP
Comunicação verbal e escrita clara e objetiva
Capacidade de explicar conceitos complexos para não-técnicos
Pensamento fora da caixa, explorativo e inovador
Capacidade analítica e solução de problemas diversos
Serão considerados como diferenciais
Conhecimento das clouds GCP e/ou Azure
Conhecimento em Google Vertex AI
Conhecimento em Docker e Kubernetes
