Role Description Credit Control Analysts are responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from those who owe. Principle AccountabilitiesReconcile credit files and identify discrepancies and variances. Keep client portfolio under the KPI target set. Assist to collect and prepare collection reports. Forecast all monthly collection objectives. Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceFluent English. Attention to details. Bachelor''s degree in Business, Economics or related areas. Ability to prioritize and manage expectations. Ability to build relationships internally and externally. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. MS Office.
