CREATIVE DESIGNER (LATAM)

Creative designer (LATAM) - We enable our media partners to monetize their audience and help brands to promote their services and goods effectively. MGID offers a range of integrated solutions covering the promotion process every step of the way; we offer services ranging from planning out the marketing strategy to its thoughtful implementation and optimization. Our clients include major international brands like Renault, Dominos, Airbnb, PizzaHut, Qatar Airlines, and many others, including media organizations and web agencies. MGID is: A proprietary Highload service that delivers 185 billion advertisements to 850 million unique users in more than 70 languages; The winner of multiple AdTech awards for innovation and product quality; A workforce of 700+ employees operating from offices in the US, Europe, and Asia. What will you do: Analyzing client's requests Brainstorm ideas and concepts for clients Designing or searching for static or dynamic thumbnails Writing strong, clear, persuasive, and original ad copies Develop animated & video creative ads (other formats required - learn how to, etc) Who you are: 1+ years of experience in developing creative solutions for integrated digital marketing campaigns Ability to create and develop new creative approaches and lines Knowledge of understanding the right tone of voice that successfully engages, informs, and delights both B2C and B2B audiences Strong ad copy writing skills Good skills in Adobe Photoshop Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment Quick mind and stress resistance able to process large amounts of information Ability to be a creative storyteller who knows how to package and create multimedia content that grabs attention in an online/digital environment across different formats Good team working skills, keen to foster a collaborative creative environment Will be a plus: Experience leading ads through all phases of development including research, concepting, and production Good skills in Adobe Premier Pro Languages proficiency: Advanced English Fluent Spanish Join MGID , a company known for its results-driven culture and drive for innovation in AdTech.
