Country Manager - The Fintech solutions enable companies based in foreign countries to scale up in the Brazilian market, dissolving international barriers. With their local know-how and tech solutions, brazilian users can pay for the merchant''s products or services in their own local currency, in just a click. **Requisitos**:- Live in Porto Alegre or be ready to move to this city (company does not pay for the relocation) - Experiencie at Fintech Industry - Experience in similar positions or C-level roles. - Experience in Start Up companies - Intermediate english level - Availability to travel to Uruguay - University Degree - A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn. - The ability to provide excellent customer service. - Excelent people-management skills. - Sensitivity to different cultural norms.
