Efetuar monitoramento em realtime, identificando desvios nos indicadores operacionais;
Manutenção das configurações do discador, Acompanhar a produtividade dos operadores;
Tratamento de mailings /geração de mailings;
Fazer acompanhamento de resultados , report diários, hora a hora , semanal e mensal.
Horário de trabalho: 08h00 as 18h00 ou das 10h00 as 20h00
