Efetuar monitoramento em realtime, identificando desvios nos indicadores operacionais;
Manutenção das configurações do discador, Acompanhar a produtividade dos operadores;
Tratamento de mailings /geração de mailings;
Fazer acompanhamento de resultados , report diários, hora a hora , semanal e mensal.
Requisitos:
ensino medio completo;
Experiencia como Control Desk - ativo (outbound)

Salario: 1.711 + VT + VR 15,21
Escala: 6x1 - 8h diarias
