Client Services Manager - Account creation and implementation for requested client establishmentServe as point of contact for client concernsWork with Newland Chase client segment on outreach; specifically, answer questions, work on group programs, answer general questions regarding our services, promote new and existing services, monitor work in progress for customers, and work with operations to keep the work flowing properly. Work with clients to increase brand awareness and create engagementPresent our products and services to our clientsWork in partnership with the account management and operations teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors. Stay abreast of all product/service enhancements, system updates, and changes to requirements. Understand travel document requirements; utilize tools and resources to ensure efficient and timely processing. Promote best practices and quality control, follow policies and procedures, and uphold standards of work to ensure compliance. Maintain customer records in a proprietary database, and utilize system functionality to ensure accurate submission of data that maximizes productivity. Monitor own work and maintain updated customer profile through timely submission of notes, support documents, and communications. Provide customer service and uses sales techniques to retain customers; educate customers aboutadded-value products that may benefit them. Perform multiple tasks and navigate systems simultaneously. Skills and ExperienceESSENTIAL- Previous experience in Immigration- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English- Proven ability to prioritize issues and to be self-motivated- Aptude for the strategic commercial long term forward thinkingDESIRABLE- Previous experience in Client Services for Immigration/ Travel Industry- Travel industry experience- Visa Processing experience
