Cib Operations Latam Transformation Associate - Through a robust set of digital automation tools including Robotics, OCR, Xceptor and Alteryx, the team works with the Operations teams across LATAM to deliver value. The CIB Operations LATAM Transformation Team leads the innovation agenda for the region. Team works closely with the Global Transformation team, Intelligent Automation team and tool product owners to ensure strategic direction, influence the tool development and onboarding as well as report for the region. Role DescriptionAs a Project Manager within the LATAM Transformation team, you will support the operations business with a focus on automation projects, perform deep dives and analytics. To execute the above agenda, you will use a combination of project management skills, change adoption and communication to results. You will work with our internal clients and stakeholders to model their data landscape, guiding the data strategy, performing leverage of digital data tools and project management implementation. Alongside the team and the client, you will discuss the technology stack to be provisioned and implemented. Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the planning and execution of the change agenda, whilst keeping engaged with other streams / projects to work towards a consolidated approach and view- Analyzing data, processes, organization and supporting Middle Office & Back Office process change- Providing leadership, training, coaching and guidance to SME Business teams- Working closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions, performing leverage of solutions and initiatives with regional and global teams- Prioritizing initiatives based on business and operations needs and requirements- Act as coordinator between technology, the business and operations teams to meet project objectives, ensuring they are communicated and executed properly- Coordinate testing of new automations and processes, which may include issue resolution and coordinating business retests where necessary- Partner closely with Stakeholders to manage project deliverable expectations- Participate in and lead progress status meetings at the operational and project management level- Provide continuous feedback on project status, offering constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations- Provide documentation to support business cases or funding requests- Ensure appropriate training for Operations SMEs on your tool/workstream- Communicate and partner with global teams and product managers**Qualifications**:Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent certification. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, & relationship management skills- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work- Strong verbal & written communication skills- Experience in the Financial industry with a strong product background markets a plus- Ability to synthesize information to reach logical conclusions; manage projects, evaluate & improve processes & present findings- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work independently as well within a team- Strong project delivery and organizations skills with ability to multitask and prioritize; ability to work under pressure and challenging deadlines- 3 - 5 years project management or business analyst preferred with a total of minimum 8 years of total work experience- Strong problem solving skills- Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work- Strong presentation skills- Strong quantitative & qualitative ana
