Category Sales Lead Valves Automation - This role is essential to the future success of our company in the offshore sector. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies specifically tailored to valves and automation within the maritime and offshore industries. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction. Business Development: Identify opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end-customers and drive business growth. Sales Target Achievement: Set, meet, and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the companys growth and success. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the maritime and offshore industry, with experience in sales, supply chain, or technical areas. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of technical valves and automation for offshore platforms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant system tools. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (spoken and written). Location: Based in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate. Key Attributes: Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams. Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on exceeding sales targets. Industry Knowledge: Experience working with OIC, platform owners, shipowners, and shipyards is advantageous. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, international logistics, import/export, and hosting exhibitions/events is a plus. Additional Skills: Knowledge of procurement platforms like Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Shipserv is an advantage.
