Business Product Marketing Manager - The primary function of a BPM is to:Understand product roadmappingDevelop executive market strategies for products sold at Client, with a focus on:Business messaging platformsThe BPM plays a vital role in driving business growth by identifying market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market successfully. Job Responsibilities:Engage in market understanding to identify trends, opportunities, and challengesConduct market analysis to inform product development and go-to-market strategiesGather and analyze market feedback to drive product improvements and growthCollaborate with product teams to discuss roadmap and productizationDefine positioning and golden market strategies for new products and featuresDevelop messaging frameworks and value propositions to drive adoption and growthEngage with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive alignment and executionParticipate in cross-org workstreams to develop and implement go-to-market strategiesCollaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfactionMust Have Skills:Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategiesFamiliarity with digital marketing channels, including social media. Understanding of how to leverage business messaging for customer engagement, supportFamiliarity with messaging APIs and integrations is a plus4+ years of experience in a consultancy or strategy roleStrong analytical and problem- solving skills to identify business opportunities and challengesNice to Have Skills:Excellent Communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholdersStrong project management skills to management skills to manage multiple projects and prioritiesAbility to work in a fast - paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
