We are looking for a Business Planning & Operations Analyst who will join our team to lead strategic projects to grow and transform Thomson Reuters Global Print organization. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the structuring, planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact business transformation projects aligned with Global Prints ambitious strategic objectives. Working across our multi-faceted business, you will drive work across all Global Print major functional areas and our enabling and cross-functional partner teams. This role will be critical in helping to identify, articulate, structure, and manage key business initiatives within Global Print. Additionally, you will be a key member of Global Prints Innovation Team and support the planning and execution of AI and automation initiatives to bolster Global Prints innovation culture and propel innovation throughout the organization at scale. About the Role Leads all aspects of assigned projects , ensuring alignment with business goals, with strategic direction from PMO and business owner leadership. Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans , including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Facilitates communication and collaboration among project stakeholders , including Global Print teams, cross-functional partner teams, and senior management. Proactively identifies, assesses, and mitigates potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Tracks and reports on project progress , identifying and addressing roadblocks, and escalating issues as needed. Proactively identifies business opportunities , develops and contributes to business strategy and solutions, and acts as a change leader. Develops and maintains business optimization plans , including documentation of process & technology maps and optimization recommendations. Fosters an energetic and innovative team environment , promoting open communication and knowledge sharing. Embraces a growth mindset , actively seeking opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement. About you Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience in business strategy, operations, or management consulting. Proven track record in project management and leading cross-functional teams. Experience in the publishing industry or with print-related businesses is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma). Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment. Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to influence and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking and ability to align projects with business objectives. Understanding of business transformation and change management processes. Knowledge of financial principles and business performance metrics. Experience with digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with the legal or professional information services sector. Multi-lingual capabilities, especially in key markets for Thomson Reuters. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Self-motivated and proactive.
