We are on a tremendous growth path in the dynamic US market and are seeking a talented Business Develop Manager to join our team of entrepreneurs at our location in the Dallas/Ft.

Roles and responsibilities.
Develop and nurture strong trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Work closely with our customers to analyze their operation and develop automation concepts and solutions to automate manual processes.
Use data and analytics to develop ROI based strategies for value selling solutions.
Work closely with various internal disciplines such as engineering, PM, PLM, and SCM to develop opportunity business case, ROI model, and/or concept prototypes.
Lead all aspects of development of value based selling strategies for profitable growth.
You will monitor competitors and industry segments by gathering market intelligence on pricing, products, and relevant technologies.
Present concepts and ROI models to customer stakeholders and guide them to make informative and win-win decisions.
Your profile You have 7+ years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or account management in enterprise software systems, mail sortation, industrial automation, or related field.
You are proficient in software architecture concepts such as Cloud Native architecture, Edge Computing, ML, and similar software technologies.
You have a technical background in software(preferred), mechanical or controls engineering.
You have a bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
You can develop business opportunities through data analytics and process optimization.
You have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present both technical and business topics to small or large audiences.
You have the ability to blend "Big Picture" ideas with the ability to execute details necessary to succeed.
You have a commitment to outstanding customer service and the ability to build solid client relationships as a trusted partner.
