Business Development Manager - Pré-Requisitos- Inglês fluente; - Imprescindível experiência em gestão de equipes; - Desejável experiência em Linhas de Produto de Life Science; - Experiência em Gestão de Produtos; - Ensino superior Completo em Engenharia Química, Química, Química Industrial, Biologia etc. - Desejável MBA em Gestão Empresarial, Gestão de MKT, Gestão Comercial ou afins; - Desejável ter conhecimento do processo produtivo na area de Life Science (laboratório); **Responsabilidades**:- Desenvolver estratégias para área de produtos de Life Science com concorrentes, fornecedores, mercados e etc; - Desenvolvimento de inovação e introdução de novas linhas de produtos no mercado de Pharma, Bebidas e Alimentícios, Tratamento de Agua- Controle da margem de contribuição / precificação das linhas de produtos garantindo competitividade; - Interface com países da América Latina e EUA para alinhamento da estratégia de lançamentos de novos produtos; - Gerenciar equipes multifuncionais, desenvolvendo pessoas e formando equipes de especialistas. - Gerenciar e engajar os fornecedores das linhas de Life ScienceWhen you join us, youll also be joining Danahers global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
