Join the home for entrepreneurs!   Your role in our team You will maintain up to date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target (North America) markets You will maintain up to date working knowledge of newly developing technologies and manufacturing practices You will facilitate and maintain long term relationships with Industry organizations, Partner companies and Engineering companies You will provide guidance and participate in industry conferences and trade shows You will organize and lead ongoing market trend discussions with North America teams, and report findings to relevant global teams You will conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition You will work with Head of Sales to develop and refine new business initiatives You will work directly across multiple departments to develop new business initiatives You will work independently and strategically to develop new business opportunities You will provide recurring market analysis to advise management of opportunities You will travel to customer base and Körber companies (international) as required You will act in compliance with the company’s employee manual You will interface cross functionally to ensure seamless transfer of information   Your profile You have a B.

in engineering, business or related technical field You have a minimum seven years’ similar professional experience in relevant environment You have in depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, specifically sterile filling, inspection and secondary packaging You have the ability to work independently You have well-developed presentation skills You have clear verbal and written communication skills You have knowledge of marketing and market planning You have the ability to make effective and persuasive arguments You have computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook You have the ability to travel 50% of the year   Your benefits You will work in a modern, flexible work environment with an open culture towards improvements and new ideas.
