BRAND MARKETING MANAGER

Brand Marketing Manager - The position serves as a keypoint person for the rest of the organization to guide market executions thatincrease Red Bull''s consumer base and intensify consumption. Reporting to theNational Brand Marketing Manager, you will be charged with managing the assortmentstrategy and leading new product launches and innovations, as well as employingvarious marketing levers to support business objectives across the Red Bullportfolio. Responsibilities include developing a thorough and systematicunderstanding of consumers, translating behaviors and needs into key insights toshape business development plans and leading cross-functional teams for marketexecution of product initiatives, including above the line and through the lineactivations. ALL THE RESPONSIBILITIES WE''LL TRUST YOU WITH:Portfolio managementManage execution and tracking of portfolio projects, in collaboration with keycross-functional members across the organization. Maintain deep understanding of business performance and evaluate growth-drivingopportunities via consumer lens. Analyze business results and deliver key recommendations for national businessplanning and on-going delivery of business KPIs. Monitor competitive landscapeNew Product launch and Consumption Activation programsExecute new product launches and guide consumption activation programs. Develop national marketing launch plans to build awareness and trial throughoutthe consumer path to purchase (out of store to in-store). Lead Marketing cross-functional team of internal stakeholders and externalpartners in flawless launch execution, and deliver on defined KPIs. Contribute to renovation ideas that meet category and consumer opportunities,including account and channel specific initiatives. PRODUCT COMMUNICATION:Serve as primary point-person between key marketing and sales departments as itrelates to creative touchpoint development. Interface with field teams to construct product communication plans consistentwith national strategy that uniquely highlight local relevance. Represent Beverage Product Marketing in Account calls and Sales, Distributionmeetings. Product Expert ProgramLead and shape the Product Expert program, supporting sales, trainings andadvocacy plans. CONSUMER INSIGHTS:Leverage internal and external resources together with Consumer Insights Analystto develop deep consumer and shopper insights to drive marketing and portfoliodecisionsBUSINESS PLANNING AND BUDGETING:Support the National Brand Marketing Manager to act as a major contributor toyearly and long-term business planning. Assume responsibility for budget managementYour areas of knowledge and expertiseTHAT MATTER MOST FOR THIS ROLE:5+ years of CPG marketing experience, MBA optionalStrong quantitative aptitude and analytical experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated success inleading cross-functional teams. Strong planning, prioritization, budgetary and project management competencies(attention to detail). Experience in managing and interpreting consumer insights researchAbility to work in, and cultivate, a team environmentLive and represent the Red Bull BrandDegree in Administration, Marketing or EconomicsFluency in English (verbal & written)Permanent
