BRAND & CONTENT MANAGER

Brand & Content Manager - You will lead initiatives focused on brand development, content creation, and digital visual campaigns, ensuring cohesive communication across all consumer touchpoints and enhancing brand visibility. Main Responsibilities: Brand Development and Positioning: Develop and articulate the brand's vision and positioning through compelling narratives and value propositions. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and initiatives. Content Creation and Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of engaging content strategies that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand awareness. Manage the production of digital visual campaigns and artistic assets that align with the overall brand strategy. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Utilize analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement. Public Relations and Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility. Develop press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to support public relations efforts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e. g. , product, sales, and creative teams) to ensure the execution of the brand vision across all consumer touchpoints. Engage with stakeholders to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives and customer needs. Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance. Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging innovative ideas and professional development. Project Management: Manage diverse marketing projects, including planning, execution, timelines, and budgets. Ensure that all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in brand management or fast-paced environments. Experience leading teams in content development, digital campaigns, and creative production. Strong understanding of brand strategy and customer engagement, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans. Proven experience in media relations and public relations, with excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively.
