About the Role.
As the Benefits and Wellbeing Junior Manager, you will lead the Benefits and Wellbeing processes, developing a regional and consistent framework, consolidating and integrating different areas, initiatives and resources, promoting synergy and operational excellence in order to support and collaborate with the Total Rewards strategy for Brazil.
Other key responsibilities include.
Participate of Benefits Surveys, sending data, analyzing results and current products, crossing information and bringing proposals and inputs for the Benefits and Wellbeing Strategy; Lead the Wellness Program (Viva Vida), putting all stakeholders (IDE Groups, Health Department, Local HRs, Local EHS, Benefits Broker, Endomarketing, Engagement, People Services, CoE Total Rewards, Sustainability, Alcoa Institute, etc.) to working together, ensuring consistency in planning and execution of a joined annual calendar, giving evidence for what matters and avoiding competition between events; Make the Benefits Broker management, ensuring that all services are being done accordingly the expectation and agreements, exploring the best potential of the health management programs, joining the opportunities regarding processes, market advantages, synergies, communication and materials in this partnership; Support HRBPs, leadership and employees in Benefits and Wellbeing matters, giving trainings, preparing and offering materials, information, communication channels, improving the visibility about the Benefits and Wellness programs and increasing the EVP of the company; Consolidate the resources, prepare studies, materials, dashboards and reports to support the Benefits activities, processes and strategy, providing transparency and supporting decision making; Work together the Total Rewards global team in multi-regional projects and guides in order to keep e contribute with the internal global consistence of our strategy.
What you can bring to the role.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar areas; Well-developed verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual (Portuguese/English); Solid experience in Human Resources and Benefits management; Experience with Quality-of-Life Programs and vendors management; Knowledge in MS-Office, Benefits Surveys and Data Management Tools; Strong influencing and persuasive communication skills, good interpersonal relationship and leadership.
