Estamos procurando um Barista altamente motivado para se juntar à nossa equipe de Baristas. O candidato deve ser capaz de fornecer excelente atendimento ao cliente e deseje desenvolver uma carreira no mundo do café e cafés especiais. A pessoa ideal terá o compromisso de fornecer um produto de qualidade ao cliente e manter um excelente clima na equipe.

Requisitos:
?? Nenhum treinamento ou experiência profissional é necessário
?? Ser maior de 18 anos
?? Ensino médio completo
?? Forte habilidade em atendimento ao cliente e comunicação interpessoal
?? Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários flexíveis, incluindo fins de semana e feriados
?? Preferível morar próximo ao endereço da loja
As responsabilidades dessa vaga são:
?? Preparar e servir bebidas de café especiais, incluindo todo nosso cardápio de bebidas
?? Recepcionar clientes, atender seus pedidos e esclarecer suas dúvidas sobre o café e outros produtos
?? Manter a limpeza e organização do ambiente de trabalho, incluindo máquinas de café e utensílios
?? Trabalhar em equipe com outros membros da loja para garantir o atendimento aos clientes e a qualidade dos produtos
?? Auxiliar no gerenciamento de estoque e fornecedores
?? Desenvolvimento e conhecimentos sobre diferentes origens de café, perfis de sabor e técnicas de preparação (temos workshops e cursos frequentes, não é pré requisito já ter esse conhecimento)
