This is a key role that requires attention to detail, ability to triage and assign claims for timely processing and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Interested applicants should apply online today! About the Role Ensure accurate and timely claim setup and write acknowledgment letters to insureds and brokers.
Assign new claims to adjusters as appropriate.
Analysis of documents to determine when financial adjustments are required.
Dedication to customer service, often tailoring service for unique customer needs.
Acquire regulatory documents as required.
Properly identify and handle claim documents.
Extensive communication and collaboration across other functions and teams.
Process financials when applicable.
Provide support and assistance to transactional offshore team.
Participate in training of new team members as needed.
