By activating these messages across both sales channels (presentations, materials, talking points, events) and broader non-sales channels, the team builds widespread awareness and excitement among our key advertising partners.
You will report to the Head of Ads Marketing, LATAM, based in Mexico City.
The Opportunity  "This role is the strategic architect of marketing initiatives in Brazil, ensuring alignment with global objectives while tailoring strategies to the unique dynamics of the Brazilian market."As the Brazil Senior Ads Marketing Manager, you will coordinate the execution of Netflix Ads’ B2B marketing strategy across  Brazil, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
This role requires a strategic marketer with strong operational expertise, skilled at building processes that facilitate seamless collaboration with international and cross-functional partners.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, managing resources efficiently, and setting up frameworks that support consistent, high-impact campaigns across diverse markets.
This person will act in the intersection of customers, brands and the advertising industry to fuel the Ads Marketing narrative through innovation and creativity.
You will also engage in broader business strategies and actively pursue learning and development opportunities, continually growing and evolving as a Netflix marketer and leader.

Develop Go-to-Market Strategies.
Design and craft dynamic go-to-market strategies  that empower the Sales team and resonate with advertising clients.
Collaborate closely with the Global Ads Marketing team to ensure alignment with global strategy and brand positioning.
ommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
vent Strategy & Industry Engagement.
Lead Netflix Ads’ presence at local/ international industry events and custom client engagements, ensuring impactful representation and relevance at each touchpoint.

ollaborate with event planning teams to strategize and execute local events and partnerships, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.​Business Goal Alignment.
Synthesize business objectives to define key audiences, optimal channels, and regions for activation.
nsure marketing initiatives align with overarching business goals through effective communication with stakeholders.​Data & Insights Analysis.
Collaborate with data analytics teams to enrich the value proposition for advertising partners.
nfluence the definition of upcoming research considering the long term vision of the brand.​Advertiser Relationships & Insights.
Develop a deep understanding of advertiser partners and gather actionable insights to shape both product and marketing strategies., Representing partners needs to cross-functional teams, ensuring their insights are communicated and integrated into strategic planning.​Point of Contact for Trade Bodies.
Serve as the main point of contact for activating and managing relationships with local trade bodies, such as Meio&Mensagem, MMA, IAB, and beyond.
Identify potential opportunities with trade organizations.

Qualifications:+10 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, digital advertising, or marketing communications.
