ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Accounting Manager - Main responsibilities:Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation, keeping accurate and timely processing of general ledger reconciliation and journal entries; Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes; Prepare IFRS 16 analysis;Ensure compliance with internal control policies considering IC environment; Collaborate with external and internal auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance; Interacts at all levels and with budget owners orother stakeholders to produce timely, efficient and accurate month-end close and all internal management and financial reporting through annual report; Make recommendations forchanges as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and establishes the proper techniques to discover and prevent fraudPrepare detailed journal entries and account analyses; Responsible to prepare Income taxes, transfer pricing calculation other obligations as ECD, ECF, REINF and other taxes declarations; Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements; Prepare indirect tax obligations (IPI, ICMS, ST, Difal, Pis and Cofins, others); Work with audit, tax andtreasury to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual report; Fluent EnglishCurrently we are working on the hybrid system, but may be changed in the future.
