Account Manager - Present and demonstrate our solutions to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages. Manage the sales cycle, from the first contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials to drive sales. Stay up to date on the latest technological trends and industry developments to offer valuable insights to customers. Participate in industry fairs, events, and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network of contacts. Manage and regularly update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Achieve sales and revenue targets established by the company. What are we looking for? An enthusiastic and motivated professional to take on the role of Account Manager in our company, passionate about technology. Experience in sales in the information technology area. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Ability to identify and understand customer needs, adapting IT solutions accordingly. Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, focusing on satisfaction and loyalty. Experience in dealing with negotiations and closing contracts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proactivity and initiative. Strong orientation towards goals and results, with the ability to work in a competitive environment. Availability to travel when necessary. Benefits package: Restaurant in the company.
