Descrição da oferta de emprego
Cuidar do onboarding de novos clientes de sua carteira;
Identificar e compreender as necessidades e expectativas dos clientes, oferecendo soluções específicas;
Monitorar os indicadores de satisfação e retenção, sugerindo melhorias contínuas;
Colaborar na implementação de estratégias de fidelização e retenção de clientes;
Participar de reuniões e apresentações, compartilhando insights e recomendações;
Apoiar a equipe de marketing na criação de conteúdo relevante para os clientes.
Pré-requisitos para candidatura:
Estratégias de marketing de relacionamento e fidelização de clientes;
Análise de dados e métricas de satisfação e retenção de clientes;
Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e automação de marketing;
Habilidades de comunicação, empatia e trabalho em equipe.
Desejável mas não eliminatório:
Ter atuado como Atendimento Publicitário;
Experiência com negociação;
Conhecimento em tráfego pago (Comunidade Sobral, Tesman, etc);
Conhecimentos básicos de finanças
Certificações (Gestão de Relacionamento com Clientes, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, CRMs, etc).
