Account Manager Responsabilidades.
Gerenciar, reter e aumentar a receita, sendo responsável pelas vendas e pelo relacionamento com o cliente.
Comprometido em utilizar técnicas de vendas consultivas para identificar necessidades de negócios.
Criar propostas de valor fortes para clientes existentes.
Focar na satisfação do cliente, conhecendo o negócio e os fluxos de trabalho do cliente, e desenvolver uma rede de contatos adequada dentro das contas.
Rastrear a atividade do cliente em sistemas internos para executar a estratégia da conta e identificar oportunidades adicionais.
Pode fornecer treinamento sobre produtos aos clientes, conforme necessário.
Requisitos.
Experiência com atuação como farmer e hunter Inglês avançado Experiência com produto SaaS Conhecimento em inteligência de mercado é um diferencial.
