ACTIVITY COORDINATOR

Job Description.
The Activity Coordinator is accountable for the project management of all Mars Wrigley consumer innovations in Brazil, being the projects' timeline and deliveries guardian, coordinating cross functional teams, and ensuring decisions are made and actions are taken in advance.

Higher Eeducation Degree 3-5 years of project & process management experience Ability to lead effective project teams Ability to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams What will be your key responsibilities? Lead projects’ timeline, planning and execution.
Lead cross functional teams through projects’ development and Stage Gate process (Quest), guaranteeing on-time launch.
Champion the use of high-quality project management techniques, including clear identification of resource requirements, size of price, CSF (critical success factors), schedule, risk mitigation, post launch review (learnings).
Be agent of change, proposing new and agile ways of working and challenging status quo.
Lead projects meetings, including meeting moderation, tracking outcomes and documentation.
Lead the cross-functional’s teams for each project - Marketing, Trade, R&D, Manufacturing, S&F, Supply, Commercial, Engineering.
Provide effective and quality inputs to S&OP portfolio management in the following areas.
Issue sheets on key activities throughout the cycle, Innovations calendar update, Prioritization, Resource Allocation, Stage Gate Reviews.
Lead periodic Gate approvals with leadership team.
Do the governance and deliver training and guidance to associates on the stage-and-gate process (QuEST) and on PPM (Portfolio and Project Management System).
Coach and constructively challenge project team to continuous improvement in QuEST process, project team meetings, documentation, planning, timings.
