Zoho Developer - Software Engineer with deep expertise in the Zoho platform to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing solutions within the Zoho ecosystem, as well as building and supporting integrated applications to meet business needs. The role requires a solid background in full-stack engineering and a proven ability to work within a fast-paced consulting environment. Experience and Education: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or a related discipline. 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with proficiency in JavaScript for Zoho scripting and customization and Java for backend development and integrations. Extensive hands-on experience working with the Zoho platform, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and advanced module customizations. Experience with Zoho integrations using APIs. G. , Git) Troubleshooting and Debugging Documentation Skills Primary Job Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Zoho ecosystem, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices in software design and development. Customize Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator, to enhance functionality and user experience. Implement and manage integrations with third-party applications using APIs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Analyze existing solutions for performance bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and scalability. Design and manage database schemas, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance. Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation. Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Zoho platform and integrated applications, utilizing debugging tools and methodologies. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and system architecture diagrams. Design and implement workflow automation processes to streamline business operations and improve overall efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards and best practices. Keep abreast of new features, updates, and best practices related to the Zoho platform and full-stack development to ensure the team is leveraging the latest technologies effectively.
