Warranty Coordinator - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Team Management:Hiring, management, empowerment, knowledge enhancement, training, etc; - Process:Create warranty workflow, warranty policies, goodwill, cost reduction, manual, training, etc; - System:Negotiation with HQ and systems suppliers, system test, homologation, launch, improvements and etc; - Operation:Daily operation management, process digitalization, process optimization, product quality improvement; - Audit:Define rules, audit schedule, dashboard monitor, etc; - Budget Management:Warranty parts estimation, operational cost reduction, labor and handling definition/negotiation, etc; - Warranty Central:Parts return workflow, facilities, operation management, disposed parts destination, etc. DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:- Bachelor degree inEngineering, Administration or related areas; - Intermediate level of English is required. Plus:Any level of communication in Chinese language will be highly appreciated. Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse professional environment. Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with all kind of stakeholder (suppliers, top management, headquarter, etc. )- Analytical and problem resolution oriented; - Great leadership skills to enhance and empower the team; - Teamwork mindset;- Ability to multitask with good project management knowledge; EXPERIENCE:- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Automotive companies is required. Experience working in a leadership position in the Warranty Department; - Proven knowledge in Automotive After Sales operation (Warranty, Training, Planning, Process, Tax Pricing). WORKPLACE:GWM Head Office - São Paulo/SPWORK REGIME:Hybrid (3x Office / 2x Remote)
