Job Description Visa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to join our Visa Consulting & Analytics team.
This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients and developing high-impact, value-added projects that drive significant results for both the clients and Visa.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead and manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
Develop and foster strong client relationships to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for Visa.
Design and implement innovative solutions and projects that provide significant value to clients and enhance their business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the existing client base.
Present findings and recommendations to senior client executives and internal stakeholders.
Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to help clients navigate the payments landscape.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in consulting, with a strong track record of managing key client relationships and delivering impactful projects.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
- Experience in the payments industry or financial services is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
