Principais Responsabilidades:
- Dar suporte administrativo ao time comercial, garantindo a eficiência das atividades diárias;
- Realizar o controle e organização de documentos e arquivos relacionados às operações comerciais;
- Elaborar relatórios e apresentações utilizando o Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Auxiliar na criação e manutenção de planilhas e sistemas de controle;
- Atender e direcionar ligações telefônicas para a equipe comercial;
- Realizar o atendimento a clientes, fornecedores e parceiros;
- Participar de reuniões e treinamentos internos, contribuindo com ideias e sugestões para o aperfeiçoamento dos processos;
Requisitos:
- Conhecimento avançado do Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Experiência de 1 a 2 anos na área administrativa, preferencialmente em ambiente comercial;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Bons conhecimentos em técnicas de organização e arquivo de documentos;
- Facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe;
- Capacidade de realizar múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente, mantendo o foco em resultados;
- Graduação ou cursando em áreas afins será considerado um diferencial.
