The Team Youll Work WithYou will be part of a new group under Treasury to support Cartas Fund Administration team with venture capital clients daily banking and payment processing operations. The Problems Youll SolveIn this role, youll work closely with the Fund Administration team to help with the day- To- Day payment processing requests on behalf of the venture capital clients. Initiate and review ACH, wires, and F/X funds transfers for clients approvalCreate and initiate vendor payments on billGenerate bank statements and payment transaction reportsWork with Onboard and Preclose teams to set up new clients bank accountsCollect W9s and confirm wire instructions for new payees or vendorsSupport Fund Admin team on any bank account related inquiriesHelp develop and maintain operational proceduresParticipate and partner with cross- Functional teams on product related initiatives and process improvementsAbout You2- 3 years of Treasury, payment processing, or banking services experienceUnderstanding of Fund Administration is a plusStrong Excel knowledge and technical aptitudeMust love problem solving and reconciling dataStrong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision- Making skillsIntellectual curiosity with an appetite to constantly learn moreStrong work ethic, organized, and high attention to detailGreat communication and presentation skillsFlexible to changes and can excel in a fast moving working culture
