ob descriptionComplete product testing and qualification per test requirements;Set up test rigs and fixtures for component qualification;Analyze test results using relevant software;Create and publish test reports;Design test fixtures and develop prototypes;Model parts and create component and assembly drawings in Solidworks;Lead verification, including requirement tracing, test protocol creation, test performance, and report documentation;Validate, qualify, and select components for hardware designs, including semiconductors and magnetics;Collaborate with design engineering, NPI, and manufacturing teams for seamless product transitions from prototype to mass production;Develop and refine prototyping and release strategies for efficiency, yield, and product quality.
Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & ExperiencesBachelor's Degree in Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with 5+ years of experience;Fluent english (madatory);Experience in product qualification activities;Experience in identifying test corner cases, creating setups, conducting tests, and analyzing results for power electronics projects;Proficiency in SolidWorks for drafting, modeling, and fixture design;Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as welding, sheet metal stamping, and casting;Positive attitude and team player;Strong organizational and multitasking skills;Hands-on approach for building prototypes, performing tests, and supporting manufacturing.
