TECHNICAL TENDERS PROPOSAL ADVISOR

Technical Tenders Proposal Advisor - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Manages the technical process for strategic tenders and/or commercial opportunities for the assigned Baker Hughes Completions and Well Intervention Product Line. Ensures that the optimal technology and products are selected to provide Operations with the lowest cost, technically viable option to increase gross margin and/or market share. Main Duties/ResponsibilitiesStreamline product line offering, introduce new products, and maximize the gross margin of the product line. Act as liaison between Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customers on project(s) and technology. Prioritize technical opportunities to maximize sales and profits. Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers related to products and services. Identify opportunities for equipment, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Process and understand all tender technical documents. Divide and manage tender in technical tasks. Select products and technologies that best fit the tender application, ensuring alignment with the Product Line Strategy. Elaborate PR for costing. Elaborate the technical proposal. Work with Product Line on identification of technical gaps and technology projects. Answer clarifications and create challenges to competitors. Create SORs and manage projects (Clarifications, customer meetings, etc. ). Create engineering related OFSETOs (front end engineering orders). Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelors degree (desired) Have relevant work experience Have good English and Portuguese communication skills Have experience in oil and gas, specifically in completions and well intervention (desired) Sales and Commercial background are a plus.
