We are looking for a Technical Lead who will be responsible for operationaldelivery of both demand and projects based on business requirements and accordingto agreed SLAs. This position needs to demonstrate business process knowledge andthe ability to translate demand requirements into ITS specifications, designsolution, and complete configuration in integration tools for implementation. ASenior Integration Development Lead will work as part of our EnterpriseApplication integration EAI Organization practice on EDI/B2Bi,webservices, Apiand Microservices development, support and enhancement. TO ACHIEVE EXTRAORIDNARY THINGS TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Responsible for understanding the overall Ball business and of integrationpatterns to which the role is aligned together with an ability to determine andadvise the business sectors on the respective merits of demand requirements. Thisrequires a customer focus ethic, good interpersonal skills and the ability to dealwith people at all levels within the business sectors; Responsible for understanding each business sectors long range plan in order toproactively suggest potential integration process improvements with the relatedsolution, which will drive the budget process. Ability to translate businessdemand requirements into ITS specifications, solution design, and completeconfiguration in Talend & additional integration tools for implementation; Acts as the technical lead for strategic and operational activities for thedelivery of business systems and associated enhancements in compliance with globalstrategic platform guidelines; Support leadership usingtechnology best practices; Responsible for understanding the demand and changemanagement processes,associated SLAs and ensures that these processes along with related ITS Standardsand Procedures are adhered to within the delivery area to minimize business riskin relation to the successful deployment of demand, and produce complete,meaningful and easy to understand High Level Estimates HLEs based on demandrequests that can be fed back to the Business; Participates as a key contributor in the design and development of complexDrives and manage teams in delivering detailed specifications, derivesestimates, and assigns component development tasks to the onshore/offshoredevelopment teams. Implements solutions in alignment with the enterprisestandards and policies; Responsible for Confidential to critical operational issues reported by the operationsteam and provide support in resolving issues and documenting solutions; Interacts with Release Management, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance,Architecture Support Database Support, other Development teams and Operations asrequired. Bachelos Degree; English Advanced;Extensive knowledge with IBM B2B Integrator; B2B & EDI Integration;EAI implementation and Implementation of EDI/B2Bi functionalities on IBMSterling Platform and Custom development; KNOWLEDGE OF:- ANSI and EDIFACT EDI standards- BPML Java+XML based Business Process Modelling Language or Business ProcessDesign, XPath, XSLT - mandatory- Map Editors Exposure to mapping - IBM B2BI/ Talend/ConfidentialCPI/Seeburger/Ecllipse/Talend- Understanding of the communication protocolsSFTP,AS2,HTTP/S,FTP/S,ODETTE,Connect:Direct,VAN,RFC ALE & BAPI,SMTP- Authentication methods Certificates, SAML2- Webservices SOAP, REST API Based Integration and understanding of WSDL- B2B and API Security gateway, Perimeter/Proxy servers- Expertise in working with APIs, ESBs and defining services. - Encryption technologies PGP/GnuPG, S/MIME- Content/Filename based routing, Mailboxing conceptsDESIRABLECustomer focus ethic, good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal withpeople cross-functionally; Strong leaderhip skills;Strong communicator and interpersonal skills.
