Could you imagine yourselfin a place like thisDow has an opportunity as Tax Analyst located in Sao Paulo, Brasil. Responsibilities / DutiesExecute the day-to-day tax compliance activities regarding PIS, COFINS, ICMS andIPI including tax returns filing EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD-Contributions, GIA, andothers. Prepare and review the monthly taxes calculation ICMS, IPI and PIS/COFINS. Prepare, crosscheck, and validate tax returns. Review the correct tax credits and debits calculation related to ICMS, IPI andPIS/COFINS. Review the formal aspects of the invoices issued by the Confidential CFOP, Confidential/ICMS,Confidential/PIS-COFINS, etc. . Ability to understand and work with ERP systems previous experience with Synchroand Confidential systems will be a plus. Extract, analyze and review data being focused on tax compliance. Document, implement, optimize, and improve the processes/procedures for taxcompliance. Work with other stakeholders to prepare tax calculation records and ensureaccuracy of tax returns. Interface with various stakeholders in the Confidential including business partners,accounting, tax technology, tax planning and litigation teams. Update and control tax dashboards monthly. Help attending the Tax Audit Team. Keeping up with the tax legislation updates and analyzing the impact on the localentities. ExperienceBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics Business or related field. Advanced English level. 5+ years of solid experience in Indirect Tax Compliance. Strong knowledge of indirect tax legislation.
