Airswift is seeking a Talent Consultant to work on a Contractor position (6 months) in Rio de Janeiro with an Oil and Gas Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   Required/ profile.
We are looking for someone with a diverse background and experience in talent acquisition.
Master or bachelor’s degree in business, Human resources, Communication or Psychology, among other corelated areas; 2 + years’ experience; Good understand of Brazil workforce and job market.
Desirable knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, work requirements and processes design.
Experience with development programmes, recruitment campaign coordination, Emerging talents recruitment and induction processes for new employees will be considered a plus.
Advanced verbal and written Portuguese and English communication skills.
Digital mindset.
Demonstrated ability to operate in rapidly changing and complex work environment.
Good stakeholder management skills.
Experience in vendor management is an asset.
The position.
This PO (People & Organization) ARI (Attraction, recruitment and induction) Emerging talents position is responsible for delivering Emerging talent recruitment and onboarding program in Brazil, in alignment with CFO FCOE PO ARI strategy.
Main responsibility is to deliver our local apprenticeship and programme.
• Lead, drive and deliver lean processes, focusing on local emerging talent programme recruitment as per local and global standards, in close collaboration with our local recruitment vendors and key stakeholders in the line to ensure expectations are met.
• Ensure a lean end to end recruitment process, supporting on follow-up of pre-employment screening, hiring medical exams and domestic mobility across our Emerging talent hires in Brazil; • Support and implement local and global development programmes, as the Corporate graduate programme, the and Apprenticeship programmes, designing the structure, measuring results and proposing synergies with the global scope; • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the ARI sector – related to local employer branding and ET recruitment and development globally • Maintain local PO content and practical information on internal SharePoint pages related to our local and apprenticeship programmes • Collaborate with different stakeholders from the internal PO network, local and global, to ensure processes support their strategic and tactical demands.
•Suggest process improvements through innovative solutions within the ET scope, and across ARI when relevant, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support cross ARI initiatives when relevant • Attend and solve cases received via Service Now (shared services system) related to ARI and follow-up KPIs.
• Provide support for leaders and PO team, interact with internal customer, attend meetings and deliver presentations whenever necessary.
• Management of vendors and invoices connected to ARI ET Brazil deliveries.
• Forecast and control ARI ET Brazil costs.
• Be a driver of change and continuous improvement.
Experience in vendor management is an asset.
