Descrição da postagem   Talent Acquisition Specialist   Do you have experience with Talent Acquisition? Do you want to help our customers to make better decisions?   This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Argentinean office.

What the day will look like Partner with managers on recruitment needs relative to South Cone positions covering Sales, Account Executives, Brokers and operational roles; Create and execute effective sourcing strategies; Recruiting with internal and external candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview set-up, managing interviews with Hiring Manager, advising executives on choosing the candidate best suited to the vacancy, offers and negotiations; P romotion of diversity and inclusion in the process of recruiting and promoting internal talent to enhance employees; Ensuring best recruitment practices, changing trends and strategic sourcing methodologies; Development and monitoring of projects for the area; Proactively research and engage active and passive candidates and prospects via cold calling and cold emailing, competitor research, referral pipelines, job boards and Linked In, among other tools; Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates and prospects and manage all contact history effectively; Leverage technology and internal sourcing solutions, as needed; Utilize internal and external data and analytics to consult and communicate effectively with clients; Increase awareness on importance of diversity and ensure presentation of qualified, diverse slate of candidates.
Skills and experience that will lead to success   Bachelor’s degree; English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus; Full life cycle recruiting experience; Strong consultation skills, preferably in a services environment; Competency with MS office, experience with ATS and Workday systems; Ability to collaborate with multiple stake holders and successfully navigate a matrixed organization; Ability to interact with all levels within the organization; Knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing skills and other assessment techniques; Desire to learn and display Aon’s values, including operating with integrity and displaying commitment to our clients, colleagues and community.
