Talent acquisition analyst - What you'll do:Manage end to end recruitment and selection process for entry, middle, administrative and leadership levels; Align open positions and strategies to attract top talent; Conduct high complexity internal and external selection processes, applying best market practices to find candidates who match position requirements, competencies and values; Provide feedback to candidates and manage the job offer process; Promote diversity in candidate profiles; Ensure internal controls, update and maintain HR systems to generate consistent metrics and guarantee the updating of recruitment processes; Use active search techniques of hunting and have a deep understanding of technical positions. What you'll need:Bachelor's degree required; Relevant professional experience in talent acquisition routines; Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards; Advanced English level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
