We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Sorocaba!    Responsibilities Develop job postings and decide where to source for qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening with candidates to determine match to the position requirements.
Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local human resources and/or hiring teams as requested.
Work closely with local human resources representatives and hiring managers to prepare and extend employment offers and complete search process (e.
.
feedback to candidates not selected, etc.).
Manage compliance to applicable employment laws and requirements specific to recruitment (applicant recordkeeping, etc.).
Maintain a variety of recruiting data and prepare reports to communicate recruitment status and performance against identified metrics (e.
.
cost-per-hire, days to close, interview.
ire ratio, etc.).
May be responsible for providing coaching/training to human resources representatives and/or hiring teams on use of situation-based interview techniques.
Act as recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing market insight and guidance to the business Responsible for keeping Applicant Tracking System updated.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree required, preferably in the field directly related to Human Resources (HR Development, Labor Relations, etc.) 2+ years of experience in recruitment  Previous experince staffing technical engineering/IT positions is highly preferred Ideal candidte would possess high-engery, be highly motivated and a self-starter Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Sytems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter Previous experience actively sourcing passive candidates Fluent in English   Be part of our ZF team as Recruiting Analyst and apply now!
