SURVEYOR TRAINEE

SURVEY TRAINEE.
As a Surveyor Trainee with Mitang learn skills and gain experience in Support to the installation and verification of Survey and Positioning systems.
Assisting with calibration of Survey and Positioning systems including alongside calibrations.
Performing QC dimensional control surveys.
Conduct observations of seawater parameters.
Understanding ROV offsets.
Supporting remote operation center - ROC.
Performing survey and positioning operations associated with installation of subsea pipelines, umbilicals and structures, platforms, and pile.
Assisting with preparation of survey reports.
Planning survey data acquisition to ensure compliance with client specifications and project procedures.
Ensuring that clear and accurate online survey logs are maintained stored and backed up.
Acting as Report Coordinator if required producing field reports and memos.
Communicating effectively during operations to direct ROV and vessel crew.
Participating in risk assessments and tool box talks in the course of day-to-day activities.
Essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geomatics, engineers, oceanography and eletronic technician or similar.
Survey offshore trainning completed from Seahouse professional institute - Diferencial 0 - 1year of relevant experience in survey / technician related discipline Basic knowledge of industry standard surveying and software Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision Understanding of offshore survey principles and techniques Ability to work both independently and within an international team Fluent in English CV's send to email address - (Subjects - Trainee survey)
