SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

Supply Chain Analyst - HOW YOU''LL KNOW THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU:Cooperate with Senior Logistics Analyst on the process of importing goods and thedomestic business orders fulfillment, invoicing, and sourcing of componentsConduct the relationship with current warehouse and freight providers. Monitor the service providers by looking to attend predefined processes andService Level Agreements. Work closely with the commercial team to align on priorities and provide deliveryand invoicing issues. Provide the analysis of daily conflicts with the service provider''s carriers inorder to ensure compliance with pre-established commercial conditions, bookingsand delivery dates. Performing a monthly freight reconciliation. Monitor service provider issues, as well as cancellations and returns of invoiceslooking for proposed corrective and preventive actions. Monitor reshipment and returns generated by operational issues and/or damagedmaterial, proposing alternatives to revert scenarios. Coordinate returns with the Commercial and Fiscal team to minimize costs andeventual issues. Develop and analyze freight databases that support the analysis and identificationof process improvements, cost reduction opportunities, and minimization of errors. Monitor transfer orders between plants. Continue monitoring and maintaining the operational KPIs. Perform a facilitating role between internal and external customers. Support ad hoc projects related to freight processesSupport the team inperforming cyclical physical inventories. Collaborate with the supply chain team and assist in ad hoc projects. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:Degree in Administration, Logistics or related. 3-5 years experience in logistics and freights. Freight taxes and calculationFluent proficiency in English speaking and writing. Strong Empresa importante Office skills, with an emphasis in Excel; WHAT YOU CAN ADD TO THE TEAM:EXPERIENCE:Desirable basic financial and tax knowledge. Desirable importation knowledge.
