SUPORT RESIDENT ENGINEER

Suport Resident Engineer - Support engineering team regarding field survey and implementation of resolutions. Plan maintenance outages, considering tools, labor and other vital resources. Vital dialogue with various suppliers and internal departments at a global level. Act as a facilitator between the Services, Engineering and End Customer departments. It is a requirement of the vacancy to live in Angra dos Reis / RJ or willing to move. Your responsibilities Mechanical Engineer from an accredited university or college. Ground-breaking and Strategic problem solver. Takes the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity. Solid understanding of Combine Cycle Power Plant, GEN, ST, GT, HRSG, and BOP. Strong leadership experience in maintenance planning and root cause analysis. Strong business & technical competence; a strong curiosity about business development aspects is a crucial component to be successful in this role. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influential skills. Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment; with diverse, global, and multi-functional teams. Your profile 15 years of proven track record in Combine Cycle and your components, HRSG, instrumentation systems, maintenance management tools. Recognized as an ambitious leader with strong technical skills. High credibility (both Technical, business development & leadership). Daring, multitasking go-getter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Customer-focused in defining the best solutions to meet customer requests. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; improvement with the ability of finding out-of-the-box solutions.
