SAP Testing Lead Job Summary.
We are looking for an experienced SAP Testing Lead to oversee and manage all testing activities in SAP projects.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in software testing, deep knowledge of SAP, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities.
Develop and implement testing strategies for SAP projects.
Coordinate and manage the testing team, ensuring efficient execution of test plans.
Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and related documentation.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects and quality issues.
Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best testing practices.
Provide progress reports and quality metrics to management.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on SAP projects.
Deep knowledge of SAP modules and their integrations.
Experience with automated testing tools and test management tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proven experience in managing testing teams.
Advanced English and Spanish to lead international projects.
Preferred Qualifications.
Certifications in SAP and/or software testing (such as ISTQB).
Experience in agile methodologies.
Knowledge of organizational change management.
