With over thirty-years dedicated to delivering best-in-class technology to the packaging and printing industries, it is the companys deep held philosophy that eProductivity Software succeeds when its customers thrive. **Job Summary****Key Responsibilities**- **Development & Customization**:- Develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and API integrations. - Implement declarative features such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules. - **Solution Design**:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with Salesforce best practices. - **System Integration**:- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and web services (REST/SOAP). - Develop and maintain data synchronization processes. - **Technical Leadership**:- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers. - Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with best practices. - Stay up to date with new Salesforce releases and features, implementing relevant updates. - **Maintenance & Support**:- Perform regular system health checks, debugging, and troubleshooting of issues. - Optimize Salesforce configurations to enhance user experience and system performance. - **Documentation**:- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for new and existing features. - Create user guides and support training sessions as needed. **Qualifications**- **Education**:- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - **Experience**:- Demonstrated strong Salesforce development experience, with experience in a senior or lead role. - Proven experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce declarative tools. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. - **Technical Skills**:- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (e. G. , VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git). - Experience with APIs, middleware (e. G. , MuleSoft, Boomi), and integration tools. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce. - **Certifications (preferred)**:- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II. - Other relevant certifications (e. G. , Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant). - **Soft Skills**:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to speak, read and write English, in order to support global internal needs.
