With several offices worldwide, including Sao Paolo, Brazil, and over thirty-years dedicated to delivering best-in-class technology to the packaging and printing industries, it is our deeply held philosophy that eProductivity Software succeeds when our customers thrive. **Position Overview**:**Position Description**:- NetSuite Administration: Oversee all aspects of NetSuite administration, including user access, roles, permissions, customization, and configuration. - Customization and Development: Design, develop, and implement customizations, workflows, scripts, and extensions using SuiteScript (1. 0, 2. 0), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite development tools. - System Integration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate NetSuite with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. - Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support, diagnose issues, and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner to maintain system integrity and performance. - Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users as needed. - Stay Updated: Keep abreast of NetSuite updates, new features, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend system improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. **Position Requirements**- Demonstrated high proficiency and hands-on experience with NetSuite in a moderately to highly complex business global environment. - Demonstrated overall IT experience. - Administration and configuration experience in at least two (2) of the following functional areas: Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management- Use of debug and tracing tools. - In-depth knowledge of one (1) or more of the functional areas: Financials, Sales/Marketing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management- Speak and write English fluently, to support users. **Desired Knowledge**- Understanding of NetSuite technical architecture, system level troubleshooting. - Broad knowledge of a wide array of IT and accounting activities and processes beyond NetSuite. - Understanding of project management principles. - Knowledge on Salesforce technical architecture, and experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce. **Leadership**- Is a team player, self-starter, and adapts to change. - Effectively manages their time to deliver assignments on time or early. - Sets, prioritizes, and achieves goals. - Effectively manages customer expectations. - Demonstrates the ability to learn new technology quickly. **Communication**- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Influences peers to share in the ownership of a problem, issue, or solution. - Develops and seeks cooperation between team members toward common goals.
